Nothing special. Dubinsky should have let up, but Scuderi should have had his head up. You have to know if there's somebody coming up behind you when you head into the corner, or you're just asking to get injured. But yeah, Dubinsky still should have let up a bit. Hard to say whether or not the hit was mal intentioned but even though it's not his place Richards does the honourable thing in stepping up for a fallen teammate

I think they need to change the instigator rule to where if you are going to defend a teammate in this type of situation. Dubinsky doesn't care about the rules hes done this before this season and a ton last season so let someone fight him

That was a cheap lousy hit from behind on Scuderi so Richie took on Dubi with little success. Dubi will probably get a game or two off.

Longtime Right Coast Rivals squaring off again. The Dubber has had the upperhand back east, but was not squared up for this after the Scuderi hit. All props to Richards for policing the game. Still Scuderi was ducking going into the boards and Dubber didn't ride him in so it looked dirty. Still if I'm Scuds, I'm not going in that low. Dubber also has to remember to keep his distance and work Richards with a good hold. It clearly didn't happen here. By the way Richards got the Gordie tonight so congrats to him.
