Other Penalties: Thompson received a boarding.
The highlight of that uneventful visor on visor tussle... was the constant playoff-like roar of the crowd
Well what can I say after watching this one... Absolutely nothing... Special thanks to all those who took the time to message me, or other Bruins fans, and express their thoughts and sympathy for the innocent people in Boston that were injured... The hockey community has a lot of class, and you all showed it... As one radio announcer put it, "You may shake us, but you'll never break us..."
Tangradi is surely one of the worst fighters around. When he was with Belleville I was sure he'd be at least an average fighter in the NHL, but it just hasn't happened and most likely never will. That said, you might want to review your facts King of Goons about the Gillies incident (unless you're an isles homer). Tangradi got an elbow to the head, was concussed, and missed about 2 months of action. Not what I'd call pretending to be hurt.
Behn Wilson said it all, period.
short crap draw...now,where was a boarding???it looks like shoulder to shoulder hit
Fight what fight? Draw!
Draw
Sloppy draw. Thompson is back from taking a shield shattering shot from Mike Green the other night
"Why I oughta"... NEVERMIND!!!
Crap fight draw. Nice dive by the Euro twat.
Tangradi throws two punches and connects with the back of Thompson's shoulders. Thompson (basically a non fighter) throws an overhand right and Tangradi slips and winds up on the bottom. End of fight. Really dumb draw. It's nice to see Tangradi stick up for a teammate, but realistically: Eric Tangradi might be one of the worst fighters I've ever seen. This is the same Eric Tangradi who lay on the ice and pretended to be injured (to avoid taking a beating) while Trevor Gillies of the Islanders stood there and laughed at him a few years back when Tangradi played for the Pens. Tangradi is a complete disgrace. He's like a bigger version of Gregory Campbell. The guy has no business fighting anyone and somehow thinks he's a tough guy.
