What a lousy effort by Malone .......Westgarth just completely steam rolls him here.Easy win for Westy as he beats down the lost and confused Malone. Great opening fight for Westy in Calgary. Although he did not fight the best out there, or even close. Seems like since they traded away Jackman, they have been searching for someone to fill that role (not very hard). And Westy is the second man after Macdermid I want to say off the top of my head. Not only has Westy filled Jackman's spot, but he is a huge improvement and with him and McGrattan, now makes the the Flames a team not to mess with.

While you have to admire Malone for sticking up for his goalie, Westgarth easily takes this yawner. And Kev, if you have to run a goalie, at least make it someone who deserves it, like Luongo. If Westgarth ran him, they'd still be performing emergency surgery on the ice.
