Other Penalties: Manson received an interference.
Well @ least he has some of his pop's genes.....win Manson....A Happy Veterans Day to all my fellow service members....thank you for your service and sacrifices
Stupid goalie, close the flipping door!
and that is why you make sure the doors are latched
Whoa... didn't know Manson could throw like that. Stanton hung for a while then realized haymakers were raining and went with the bail takedown. He can play too - hope we keep this kid in the lineup.
Manson could really hurt Higgy with the door or his stick so the hit could've been alot uglier. Manson's a tough kid.
Manson looked impressive in his first NHL fight. Too bad that first haymaker didn't connect.
Manson opens some doors for himself by using a Canuck as leverage and "drawing" in his first NHL scrap
Gave it to Manson. A 4. All the fights up today seemed short. This was the best of the 4. Dispite the visor Manson did manage to get in at least two good shots. Which is one more than any of the other so called fights posted. Whenever I see that doors I think of when Chara ended up hurting that player in the Bruins-Habs game some time ago. Not much the players can do since everything happens so fast on the ice.
Slight edge to Manson
lil dave
Can somebody explain to me how this is NOT instigating? I am not saying it should be-I just do not understand how it is determined!
Never heard of this Manson kid.. But he threw a couple of haymakers here One that Stanton lucky ducked.. Or we'd all be hurting right now Wish the 'Hawks still had Stanton
A few things from this... It's nice to see another Manson in the NHL.. If he's anything like his father (which according to Jim Hughson he isn't) He's gonna be quite the fixture on the Ducks blueline.. Manson swings for the fences on every punch which is entertaining but, against somebody who isn't Ryan Stanton.. could definitely not be the greatest approach... Counter TKO much? Good for Stanton to stick up for Higgins as a fringe everyday player little stuff like this really draws the coaches attention to you (or atleast it used to) Fight was a 4 with the edge to Charlie Jr for his aggressive tactics Not the fight of the year but, a good old fashion "hockey fight"
manson 1st fight in regular season.he started a little bit shaky but he got the win after all.that was a nice ducking move by stanton at the beginning.if it was more experienced fighter i think manson would be in trouble
Manson did manage to break free after his helmet was removed and looked as if he gained the upper hand. Stanton landed a good one early, but because of the ending flurry by Manson, I give him the slight edge and win. Too bad it didn't last longer. And hey, I wonder? Is he related to Charles Manson?
You have to give this one to the rookie. Controlled the fight even after his helmet was off. Plus he went with the ole "irish fists" at the start of the fight. haha
Give the edge to Josh Manson.
Pugs......not drugs.................
Good win for the ROOKIE i was at this game Manson had fire in his eyes, won the fight and should have won the game
Dave Manson son
Once again the hero that rides in to avenge his teammate's shabby treatment winds up taking a few shots.
Another failed attempt at "sticking up for your teammate for a clean hit" -- win to Manson
Easy win for Charles Jr., but kind of too bad two of the few Capukes who qualify as human beings get smoked in this incident. For gawdsake NHL GMs, get these two men out of Vancouver before it's too late and terminal Capukitis sets in.
Looks like Josh is a chip off the old block.
Looked like an OK hit to me...but Stanton eats fist for his trouble
Stanton does the right thing standing up for his teammate. Josh Manson will not back down because it's not in his genetic makeup. In the ensuing scrap I give Manson the edge.
Luckily for the Canuck nothing really happened here. Gave it a bonus point for the genes.
