Maroon with the jersey jabs and McQ with some bodyshots. Draw.

McQuaid with the W, but kind of a disappointing tilt. Not much other than body shots (and I thought Moron hurt Mcquaid with one of those shots). Maroon has turned into a decent player, but as a fighter, he's gay. Can't stand the way he fights. Fights like a lightweight.

The visor effect...just throw body shot shots and jersey jabs. Draw all the way.

Posted by jerry s on March 17, 2017 at 05:52 AM

draw both had good grips not a lot of punches

Posted by gsrae on March 17, 2017 at 08:29 PM

That was not a "dandy". Missed upper cuts and some jabs and body shots. Disappointing from 2 solid fighters. Draw and 4

I know that every time a Bruin fights the Bostonians will come out in droves to vote for the win for there guy.Unless the other fighter renders there player unconscious and still he would have been winning till then. In this fight very little or nothing landed by either fighter and so I gave it a draw!

Jerseys jabs versus a few body shots and a bunch of whiffs. Typical BS Boston voting. Draw

Maroon is emerging himself as the league's premier all-around power forward. Draw between him and McQuaid & 4

Posted by Spinner55 on March 17, 2017 at 09:13 AM

McQuaid got the running start with a hit to the numbers from behind and then making sure Maroon had no option but to drop them. There were no hits to the button as "jersey jabs" don't count. Draw.

all lone wolf, maroon could only do the pansy slaps

Posted by Jflah53 on March 17, 2017 at 02:03 PM

Well, looked like some " man love " in the beginning then they realized where they were & started the body shots.. Considering they both have visors on, maybe the "toe to toe" thing doesn't work well here. McQuaid is one of the NHL top tough guys, as Bruins fans always let you know, & Maroon is a big boy but really doesn't do this unless he really has too. Draw, much to the dismay of Bruin fans… Hey, where is Dalton Prout when you need him !!!!!!!!!!

I think McQuaid's body punches were a bit more effective than Maroon's jabs. Not by much, but just sayin'. The way Jack said "McQuaid goes ribs" it sounded like he was ordering for him at Bobby Robino's.

I thought Marooned would get destroyed here but after scoring 2 goals in about a minute he was in Elvis Costello mode(pump it up)but still did not do enough for a win or draw,McQuaid wins this one.

McQuaid & 4. BB - think you use enough "LOL's", in your anti-Bruin tirades? Clown.

asterisk this fight a non fight with 2 bubbleheads,at least Maroon has his visor pushed up, Mcquid has his pulled to his chin as usual. Bruin maniac watch the fights, Martin didn't get knocked out?..he took the fight to bubble head all fight when the refs said break Martin looked at the ref and Bubblehead cheap shotted him. Kid popped back up...2 strikes against Mcquid visor and late shot = small time

Posted by English_Bruin on March 18, 2017 at 07:22 AM

Maroon didnt want any of that. Edge to Quaider purely because he did more

Posted by woody92981 on March 17, 2017 at 08:50 AM

Boring fight maroon didnt want to let go of mcquaid. Whos my fav figheter in nhl

Posted by DARCY T on April 12, 2017 at 02:59 PM

maroon's such a usually against a fighter of his size he rather accepts body shots and being jersey jabbed to face than to open up and risk getting hit more...edge mcquaid

Posted by Jellyczar on March 17, 2017 at 08:07 AM

Lots of swings but few connections...... edge to McQ ... and a 4

Posted by nait on March 17, 2017 at 12:25 PM

Maroon pssed out with Chara so McQuaid took care of business

Posted by MilburyKOMyKid on March 17, 2017 at 02:31 AM

Really hate these shrug jabs that won't hurt even if they landed. Don't bother if you are just going to shake a guy's sweater.

Maroon can't fight.....period

Posted by 18buell on March 17, 2017 at 01:20 PM

Good for McQuaid for stepping up for teammates. I like Maroon, he gives out to Chara better then anyone that I have seen. Maroon had major impact on game last night. Ok fight. Gave it to McQuaid for activity and aggression.

Posted by sedinfan on March 16, 2017 at 10:41 PM

I am glad the Oilers can play some hockey, as there so called muscle sure can't fight. McQuaid is the wrong guy to pick a fight with. Underrated as hell, always impresses me.

Posted by skinner28 on March 20, 2017 at 01:38 AM

Typical Maroon fight if he doesn't outweigh opponent by 30 pds he's just hangs on he is such a loser, wants nothing to do with anyone his size such a spineless pussy. Embarrassing to put on an Oiler jersey should send him back to the minors.

Posted by BruinManiac on March 17, 2017 at 09:12 AM

Message to Patrick Moron; there is a reason they call it a fight. You're expected to punch back. Don't hang on and hope the Linesmen have mercy for you. And don't watch films of Matt Martin getting knocked out by McQuaid anymore. Did you really think it was going to really help you?

Posted by Bones5 on March 18, 2017 at 08:28 PM

Big Rig peppers McQuaid with a series of jersey jabs and eventually earns the decision.

Posted by JCobra67 on March 17, 2017 at 10:04 PM

Welcome to heavyweight fighting in 2017. Fawking lame jersey jab competition.

Posted by SouthPaw017 on March 17, 2017 at 02:33 AM

Styles make fights... Maroon has none. Draw.

Maroon with the body shot hurt McQuaid otherwise no damage here. These delusional Boston fans are nuts

Posted by scituguy on March 17, 2017 at 04:15 AM

I'll give the nod to McQuaid for decent body shots and more bigger punches thrown tho not really connecting. Much like Maroon's jabs. Andy Brickley called the replay of the hit and embellishment perfect. It was a hard bear hug like the league wants and Maroon totally tried to embellish the hit a second aftr the fact. His head action(laughable)looked like he got shot. That should be sent to NHL offices. Then again, KARMA got him later in the game when he clearly got high sticked and bloodied, call.

Posted by boldbilly on March 18, 2017 at 12:42 AM

Seriously you Bruin fans are a joke !!!!another obvious draw and the Boston ballot stuffers working overtime to steal another I guess when you tell yourself a lie so often it EVENTUALLY becomes your truth .... LOL ...sad so very sad Anyway Maroon is a goal scorer why is he fighting a no talent bum like McQuaid lol

Posted by FightJudge46 on March 16, 2017 at 10:28 PM

McQuaid with the dominating win!
