Too bad...could have been a good one. Nothing landed worthy of scoring. Two lousy skaters can't stand up long enough to fight. Weak draw.

win by take down only

Gets the takedown !!! Announcers are idiots.

looks like that McCarron is trying to make a name for himself and a spot

Not much either way. Draw and a 4.

A lot of hype and a lot of nothing... a 3 and a draw.

Two bulls butting heads but not much more as it was quite uneventful for a draw!

Not bad for what it was. Draw and a 4

Lol McCarron does okay giving up size and there's something I never thought I would have to say... This was actually an okay fight when you consider they both wanted to go but being both so big they kind of neutralized each other... Would like a rematch ....but we probably won't see too much of Mc Carron because Montreal's roster is so laden with talent that they just don't dress him? still laughing... Scored this at 4 and called it a draw...

two big boys!

For probably one of the first times ever, McCarron gives up size in a fight. Both guys throw a few short shots in close to get a respectable draw.

The two nuclear deterrents turn in a scrap equivalent to a water pistol fight. Draw.

Posted by mtlbulldawg on March 22, 2018 at 12:18 PM

This could have been a much better tilt had McCarron not lost his balance, but still entertaining... draw.

Draw and a 4.

Even fight between two big boy*s.

Pretty good, close fight. Both big guys. Jamie Oleksiak has made a name for himself when it comes to fighting. At the end I give it a draw. Oleksiak lands on top at the end, but that being said he is the bigger, more solid guy in this bout.

Great scrap boys!

Only the announcer was excited,, couple of figure skaters trying to scratch each others faces,, draw and 2 for impersionating a fighter. Ah the new NHL, boring me to death.

Posted by Humper on March 22, 2018 at 08:09 AM

Ah, the new NHL - where even big scary experienced combatants are more likely to turn in a real turkey rather than an actual fight. These two behemoths impress us with their bulk, but nothing else.

That pens announcer needs to keep it in his pants.

Posted by Vito514 on March 22, 2018 at 12:32 AM

bah. could of been better. even if mccarron is a tough kid and almost the same size, oleksiak is just on another level. surpised this wasn’t a complete beating. infact mccarron might of landed one to get the sliiiiiight edge.

Not so close, win for McCarron.
