downey with the win all day long,he was the only one who was landing solid shot.henry as usuall can't fight an was just throwing punches not looking not stopping,just throwing no fighting skill in that anyone can do that.it takes skill and you can see that in downey..big win for downey the only person to land solid shots...ornj your an idiot and fashion beatdown..missed that one

Downey had a few shots at the beginning, don't know how you could not give the win to Henry, though, especially for the big shot at the end that ended it. Not a great fight, lots of punches went into the pads, but Henry clearly took it.

Good bout. Have to give Henry the win with a good old fashioned non-stop beat down. Downey did alright, but his style should probably direct him to fight guys who are not a half foot taller. Entertaining fight.

i gave it to downey it was close but with the size difference he more than held his own and landed the better shots...i thought...
