Parros reminds me of Mike Peluso.....all big and tough but shitty balance...... Belak looks like he did before he left Toronto...bored and uninterested

Nothing landed of any sugnificance here although that was a pretty shifty move by Belak changing to southpaw and may have landed one. This is a perfect example of the preplanned scrap as they were on oppisite sides of the rink and had to travel to find their dance partners. It's a much more intense fight when it's not staged but comes in the heat of the battle. If only Stach could stay upright for once.

Belak was playing with Parros the entire fight. Switching hands at will, landing when he could. Parros is not a good fighter and Belak is easily in the top five heavyweights in the league. Belak would beat Parros 10 out of 10 times.

Belak landed the majority of the solid hits, but Parros just took the punches like a tree (with a very big mustache). It was a jersey and position grapple at arms length, but only 3-5 solid hits between the two of them. Parros went down first, but it was still pretty close.

Very average fight between these two heavyweights with Belak landing the only punches of the scrap when he quickly switched hands about half way through the bout and landed a couple of lefts. So Belak picks up the narrow win in this bout. Narrow win Belak.

Belak with the win. He has looked like a guy in control of his domain lately...going back to last year. Not much landed but he did score a couple lefts, on a nice switch up. Too bad the Preds tough guys have been injured all year. Good to see them getting back on the board. We need Tootoo back in there to make things interesting again. If he doensn't fight, he at least makes everyone else want to fight. :)
